Improvisation (Heart and Soul) - Piano Performance YouTube Video
I played the Heart and Soul duet on piano as a child learning to play the piano. When a duet partner was not available, I played renditions of the piece by myself. Over the years, I imrpovised on the basic tune and expanded melodies to the very appealing chord sequence. When I play this piece for myself, I often play it differently each time out without any particular ending note or chord. Here is a capture of my improvisation of the Heart and Soul duet for piano.
