YouTube Visual Artifacts

YouTube turned this video into a mess with banding and/or macroblock compression artifacts which do not appear in the original video file from my Lumix DC-G9.

To illustrate, here are 2160p60 videos delivered from my Web server via HTML. Depending on your Internet access speed to my Web hosting server, you may need a lower bitrate which comes with lower visual quality. If access bandwidth is sufficient, you should get real-time streaming display of the video. My conclusion is that YouTube's compression causes the artifacts due to streaming delivery considerations.
